i am another physicians office and i was trying to do a referral for a mutual patient. while i was trying to do so, i had to get some information from the new jersey office. after 3 days of calling and calling with no answers i finally got threw to the philadelphia office. it only takes 15 seconds if someone would just answer the phone!
