Drove three hours to my consultation. Sat down in the waiting room and was told that they were three hours behind :0 I'm a college student and have homework and a long drive back. Couldn't believe it. I do not recommend. A woman had an appt at 11:30 and didn't get in until 4:00pm. Unreal.

There is no reason to make people wait in a waiting room for several hours for a scheduled appointment. Either expand your hours, get a partner to help you, or tell people when they call to schedule that you run hours upon hours behind so they know to make their whole day spent waiting in a dentist's office waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.

Called for a week straight to schedule an appt to get my teeth removed, still have not received the call back I was promised or been able to speak with an actual employee there. Every time I call I get there answering service which can't schedule appt!!!! What is the point of your answering service anyways then!!!
