Philip and his staff were outstanding throughout the entire legal process. They were always courteous and respectful, and always had my best interest in mind. They always kept me informed and up to date, and were always accommodating when scheduling meetings. They even went above and beyond and sent me flowers when I delivered my son at the hospital. They take true pride in their clients, and I would highly recommend their legal office. I also want to give a special shoutout to Bonnie, one of his paralegals, who made every step of the legal process so much easier on myself and my family. I have known Phil for over ten years. He and his office staff are great people to deal with. I thankfully have never had an injury claim  to file but I have two friends that have used Phil and they were both extremely satisfied with his firm.  I would not hesitate a minute to use his firm if the necessity ever arises.

Mr. DeBerard is a great attorney with lots of legal knowledge. He is definitely number one, he is the most professional injury attorney on the treasure coast.  He has many years of experience and believe me it shows! He helped me and always gave me the best advise. His staff are very caring and always answered my questions. I am completely happy and very  satisfied. I can not say it enough. I had the pleasure and honor to be represented by the greatest.!!!!  Mr. DeBerard is professional and dedicated. Highly recommend!

I don't even have the words to describe what a great experience it has been working with Mr. DeBerard on my husband's lawsuit. A few years ago, my husband was hit by a drunk driver, causing him to have surgery to replace vertebrae in his neck. Phil personally guided my husband and I through every single step of the process, making us feel comfortable and confident in each decision made. Phil was always there for us to reach out to if we needed anything. Also, I can honestly say I have never seen a lawyer personally work so hard on his client's case.Phil never took no for an answer from the insurance companies and fought to get us every penny we deserved from them. He went above and beyond what any other attorney would have done in this case, working tirelessly to get medical bills reduced, resulting in a much larger settlement than we originally expected!! Phil and his staff are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will be recommending Philip DeBerard to anyone and everyonewho needs an injury attorney! We are so unbelievably happy with the outcome of our case and can not thank Mr. DeBerard enough! He is the BEST!!!!
