Today I went to Michael fashion to get my uncle white suit for his sister's funeral walked in was not greeted then they was trying to give me a suit and then want to hear me without my uncle trying it on with his  shoes where do they do that at. The employee say I know what I'm doing I do this for a living me stating I understand you do this for a living but I know how I like to wear my clothes too if I'm paying my money I can get it like I want it. The worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!

Was in desperate need of a bow tie for my sons prom. Got messed up with a wrong order at men's warehouse and had no tie. Went to Phillip Michael and the general manager could see just how bad I needed a pool blue bow tie. They just so happened to have one but it was in a vest, neck tie  combo and I only needed. I was getting ready to just break down and buy everything even tho I only needed the tie.  She was so nice she took the bow tie off the set and gave it to mee free of charge.  I will definetly be a returning customer for all future rental and suit needs.  Love this place!!!

My husband took me to this store over 2 years ago when he was looking for a suit. I fell in love with the quality of clothes, but more importantly the staff. Every time we go, which is very often we ask for James Riddick because he pays so much attention in finding what we need for whatever occasion.  From the seamstress to the manager, they all know us when we enter the store and take the time to cater to our needs. My husband will only deal with James, because of the initial contact that was made and the care he provides on each visit. Every chance we get we tell others of this place, and they always come back with rave reviews. James and the staff here are excellent, and there is no where else we would purchase my husbands suits and accessories except for here.

I recently purchased suits from this location. I was helped by the assistant manager, James Riddick. James was patient professional courteous and competent. He took the time to show me the specific clothes I was looking for and explained the differences in suit types. 

As long as workers like James are here I will be sure to continue shopping here every time I'm in Fayetteville.
