I used to libe in Indiana, moved 700 miles away but recently had an issue crop up requiring an indiana form to be filed. Called the law office asking for remote representation for a simple form filing and was refused service saying I needed to appear in person. Shady high pressure tactics seems to be the norm in Terre Haute but what can you expect with the towns reputation...

Hello,
I had called in to find help regarding a complicated case I have been dealing with for 3 yrs. After talking to Phillip for a extended amount of time and finding out he could not fully take care of the issue due to legal barriers. I was still astonished by how he went out of his way to help put me in contact with the people who could. I appreciate all he has done and for treating me like an actual person, not an inconvenience like I was by many.

This is the worst lawyer ever! Do not waste your money. Received the invoice for the month and he never filed anything. All he charged me for was reviewing things and making phone calls and this ended up being $800 out of the $1000 retainer. On top of it all when I went to fire him he charged me $5 per page to scan and email all the documents to me. I could never get ahold of him by phone or email. When he finally contacted me he said he had the wrong phone number... even if that was true he still had my email! He got easily intimidated by the lawyer we are up against. Gave the worst advice ever and never once knew he should have file anything even after I asked him what he specifically needed to file.... I thought he was the lawyer not me.
