Every time I try to stop in after work around 11:30pm, they ALWAYS have BRAND NEW employees that have no idea what they're doing running the cash registers. Tonight I waited in line for 2 packs of cigarettes for almost 10 minutes. The cashier had to wait for the other employee to come out to the cash registers so she could "push the button that isn't working". It's just always so painful to try to make a purchase there after 10pm. They only have 1 person at the register, they're always super slow, never know what they're doing, and you're waiting in line for forever because the cashier is slow and/or isn't fully trained to understand what they're doing. One time, as the CUSTOMER, mind you, I had to teach the cashier how to enter in my cigarette coupon.
