These guys are the most honest, trustworthy people I've ever dealt with in the auto maintenance business.  They never try to up-sell you or push you to do something.  They simply say here's what we see and here are your options.  Prior to going to Melichar 66 I went to 4-5 different mechanics and never found one I was fully happy with.  For the last 6-8 years, I've been taking my family's cars to Bruce and Jeff and they haven't ever given me a reason to consider anyone else.

I had to call these guys to help me out with a lost receipt from a week before so that I could turn it in at work, and they couldn't have been nicer. They went out of the way to fax a copy to me. I spoke with two different folks there on the phone, and both were very helpful.

Jeff ( and/or Bruce) always resolve my problem quickly and never suggest something that I do not need. They never take longer thna they estimate, call and get any extra charges approved my be if they run across something unexpected.  A+ service every time.
