Terrible. The office has postponed several of my appointments with very little notice, which shows complete disrespect for my time. The woman at the front desk is just miserable, almost as surly and unfriendly as that curmudgeon Dr. Phillips himself. The only redeeming quality about this place is the lovely Danielle (hygienist) but she's not enough for redemption. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and find another dentist that might actually care about his/her patients.

Very unhelpful. Moved and tried to get a copy of x-rays, as the new dentist requested them. It would've helped save us some money, as the x-rays were recent. Got into an argument with the receptionist, who kept insisting we didn't need them, despite the new dentist requesting them. Just a lazy, unhelpful bunch. Don't waste your time.
