Phillips roofing just completed replacing my entire roof of all materials in a three day period. The work crew were very friendly and hard workers. The workers swiftly removed and picked up all the composition, vents, and trim on the first day. By mid afternoon the third day they finished there job. I was very satisfied with the job and price. I highly recommend them.

We hired Phillips Roofing in December, 2017, to replace the roof of our home.  The decision came easy, after my husband had questions about the ventilation in our home and Jeremy Phillips knew exactly what my husband was talking about and knew what we needed to get the proper ventilation for our home.  When we asked the same questions to other companies they wanted us to decide on how much more ventilation we wanted.  We did not have a clue.  Jeremy and his crew completed the work in a timely manner despite some bad weather that happened during the week that the crew was scheduled.  Phillips Roofing did an excellent job and we highly recommend him.

"Jeremy Leon Phillips " found Guilty- my opinion courts / legal team provided evidences against Jeremy Leon PHILLIPS aka Phillips roofing and remolding now restoration. Phillips gone to great lengths to avoid paying fir6 damages. Phillips broke roof and ran found guilty under Texas Deceptive Practices Trade act June 2017 for fraudulent workmanlike performance. In results Phillips has 2 liens filed and fees go up 6% a year unroll paid. Estate will pay in end 10 years Phillips will owe 154,000 for roof. 
Defendant's roof failed to meet windstorm inspection standards. Did not follow protocol. 
Failed licensed professional engineer.
Failed to properly repair eavs. Failed install and repair soffit failed install two layers of felt. Roof also leak inside house. Failed to lay shingles evenly and nail them down. Failed drip edge all bent wring nails. Install roof edge on top felt. Failed improper contruction down by Phillips created ROOF buckets of fish. And more. Phillips broke roof and ran still running and liar. Lied about being INSURED and warranty. PHILLIPS no show in court case# 2013ccv61632-1 received judgment against  Phillips. ABSTRACT # 668964 AJ county of Nieces. Second judgment 2017032327 san Patricio .
Amount of 12,000 in June 2018 fees go up 12,720.00. And even lied to BBB said he did not do roof. Shows continues to lie. Also Alliances records show not willing to work it out. Phillips continues to lie customers, and himself. Fake person who care less Broke ROOF and damage inside of our home. Phillips is pathetic. My opinion keep homes safe go to Lowe's their INSURED". Philips roofing, by far the best roofing contractor in town. Not only did they give me a a fair price, but completed my roof in a timely manner. The workers cleaned up trash & debris at the end of the day, as well as Philips came out and checked on the job multiple times as it was being done. I would recommend Philips roofing and restoration to anyone that looking for high quality work.
