I love this place.  I never saw a happier bunch of employees.  I'd often wonder how you could be so happy just from selling pretzels?  But hey, whatever floats your boat.   5/5 for excellent service.

My order was hot and ready within 5 minutes I showed up early for my pick up time. The workers made small talk and treated you like a "regular". It was nice to interact with down to earth, kind people!

This used to be my favorite store because they do have the absolute BEST soft pretzels!!! The reason I can only give them one star is because evidently they haven't the first clue about how to run a business. This is the third time in 2 weeks that I have stopped here during so-called business hours only to find that they were closed!!! One time they posted a piece of paper saying they "ran out of food," really??? I mean it's not like they have a huge menu. I can say the people who work there are wonderful and do a great job and when I asked one of the workers about them closing early he was shocked and had no idea what I was talking about. I wonder how many other people wasted their time and gas only to find the store closed when they thought it was open. It's a shame how the business went downhill.

Great! Fresh pretzels out of the oven. Friendly service. Occasionally pass it up because of location but a great snack place!!!

Best Pretzel ever, so good I got ten pounds of them to try them all.  Best service, please bless yourself to a treat here.  The universe was great to me today!

Amazing customer service! The employees here deserve a RAISE!!! Especially the curly haired employee with glasses. They deserve at LEAST $15 an hour — I never crave pretzels but I always crave good customer service and this place has it!

I could eat 20 of the pretzels in a row. They are so yummy, crispy on the outside soft and warm on the inside. I took a star away because the cheese sauce just doesn't match how good the pretzels are. Don't bother getting their cheese sauce, just buy another one from the grocery store. But definitely get the pretzels!

I love their pretzels. Service was great, pretzels even better.

Tasted like the frozen pretzels u buy in the grocery store!! Awful!!!
