Are you looking for a Philly cheese steak sandwich in the Everett/Lynnwood/Mukilteo area? This is your place. The cheese Steaks use a more ground up city of beef, not sliced if you're looking for that style, but they come in a nice bun and taste great. You can also get some great sides, I recommend the garlic cheese fries. Plenty of seating inside, parking though may be a bit tight as there are many businesses in this location that seem to have their patrons spreading into their parking area. They offer dine in,  take out, and delivery through the usual services.  Parking: As previously said the parking can be a bit tight here depending on when you come.  Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.

Great cheese steaks Oboy!! I also had garlic cheese fries… I gotta go back… btw they have banana pudding, I didn’t get any but I will next time.  Kid-friendliness: Great place to take family!!

Got the bulgogi sandwich, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and garlic fries. They were all great.  The sweetness of the bulgogi and onions makes a good balance to the cheese.  All the fried sides were on point. I especially love the onion rings. The only thing I would say is the garlic in the fries isn't distributed the best and instead a lot of big clumps.

Best Philly place I've found on this side of town. Semi fast food feel inside with clean tables, just plasticy self seating tables with no table service.  Would be 5 stars, but its a bit pricey for a weekly lunch, definitely more of a special treat kinda place.  Highly recommended.

Ordered deluxe cheese steak, mushroom pepper cheese steak, bulgolgi cheese steak, onion rings, cheese garlic fries, and Chicago style cheese steak. This is not a traditional 5 star restaurant but it was so satisfying to eat when hungry. Just loads of cheese in your face and you can forget about everything else. 4 stars just for tasteFood: 5/5

I’m a huge fan of Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. The sandwiches here are the best I’ve had anywhere. The fries and onion rings are excellent as well. Try them….you won’t be disappointed!! I will return again soon.Food: 5/5

I've never had a Philly Cheesesteak in Philadelphia but I can't imagine it's better then this one. Absolutely amazing every time we stop here. We get the #20 Belly Buster which is onions, peppers, & mushrooms with a plate of garlic fries. Perfection! The bread is so soft and the perfect balance of meat, cheese , veggies. Highly recommend

First time trying this place. Was just passing on my way home from work. Will definitely be returning. Food is a bit pricey for my taste, but then I tried it! Well worth the cost.  Parking: Spots are in ad odd location.

I’m not a big Philly steak kinda person but this is a place I would go back to. I had their cheese fries. The fries were gooood, needed a tad bit more seasoning but still quite good. Big portion. They also had fun drinks Italian soda. They seemed to have some interesting fusions which I look forward to trying.Food: 5/5
