I have been here many years ago, and I have good food memories from them. Hence, when I was able to find them while I was walking to my bus stop, I decided to try them again that early cold evening. Their Pho, at least those that I have ordered and had have been fresh, and great tasting. They're always made upon order. 

I am glad they're still around. I like the serving sizes. They even cater to people who have little cash. I noticed a man coming inside the then crowded restaurant and begging for money from the other customers. I would soon see him going out of the place with packed food the contents of which he checked out on his way out. The food looked freshly cooked. Not bad, isn't it?

If you’re looking for somewhere cheap and tasty to eat in Reno, Pho 777 is ideal! You might have to wait for a table, especially if you’re in a larger group. Service was pretty quick. The decor is basic but the restaurant is clean. They have a wide range of pho and other dishes to choose from. The location is centrally located so within walking distance of most of the large hotels, etc. Pretty good overall!

Normally I love this place. The food and the staff are amazing. That being said, this was the first time in years that I wasn't happy with the food. The pork was extremely overcooked and was more like a jerky. But 1 bad experience out of over 100. I'll still give them 5 stars.

Great attentive service! You go in, sit down and are brought a menu. The portions are good and you definitely get your money's worth.

This place was slow and poorly ran. Management appears to be a major issue. Ambiance was also poor and very stuffy inside. I took my family here based on the review, but I realized many of them could have been fake reviews.  I had a family of 4 standing for at least 15 minutes without noticed. I did make eye contact with manager who appears to be working on the cash register, but he still neglected us even though I can clearly see him looking at us from his peripheral vision. There are also other people coming in behind us and did not get noticed. Finally, after 20 minutes have passed another Hispanic waiter came and ask us to wait another 2 minutes.  Ten minutes later, I just took my family and left that dump of an establishment.
