This place is delicious!! Definitely hits the “pho” craving The only downside is they don’t have the red pepper to make it spicy, but other than that this place is a 10:10. Plus, outstanding boba
I love it here usually, I don't know if this was a language barrier or what but I was given RAW meat on my steak pho. I am pregnant and could get sick from this as well as it could harm my baby. I called them and they told me they could give me a refund or give me something new because she thought I wanted the meat on the side. I just don't think that getting new food or a refund cuts it at this point. They didn't even try to cook it. I told her I would want the meat on the side at first and then said I would like it out of the meal completely just like the broth really even so knowingly handing raw meat to a customer should be illegal. I don't know what restaurant would feel good about handing raw meat like this out the window. I am deeply saddened by this experience.
I just ordered from here and was very disappointed. I always order the summer rolls and the avocado rolls and they are always awesome. But not today. Whoever made my summer rolls didn't do a good job. It looked like a 3 yr old rolled it and the sauce was awful! It was very salty.. I really regret going there today.
We used to love this place. Then one day I was looking through the drive through window while waiting for my drink and the young girl preparing it was sprinkling the fruit in my cup with her BARE HANDS!! She acted like it wasn't a big deal when I confronted her and I got my money back. DISGUSTING!!!! No regard for cleanliness when people are watching so I can't imagine what takes place where we can't see!
Drinks are really good but food isn't a favorite. Point system could be better, it's hard to get points for any type of rewards. Would also like to see them give more offers like coupons or special deals that would benefit customers more than the type already offered.
The pho was bad. I got the chicken pho and the other person I came with got the vegetarian pho. Both had beef broth in them, so if you a vegetarian you can’t even order the vegetarian pho. The chicken was in cold, cut into thick blocks, and was very dry, I, after about two bites, just stopped eating the chicken all together. The vegetables were undercooked, big, and not the kind used traditionally in pho. And the broth lacked flavor. It’s also not the kind of restaurant we’re you have a server tend to you. We were given our food, and had to go up to the counter to get napkins and ask for the water we ordered previously. The servers seemed nice, but the service was still lackluster. When we arrived there the drive-thru was closed, and when we left about 40 minutes later, there was a sign on the door saying the lobby was closed. So if you want to dine in or get drive-thru, don’t bet on getting what you prefer. Overall, plain bad pho, lackluster service, and inconsistency, led to a very bad experience.
Just got home and opened our food to see that our summer rolls were very poorly made and made with only shrimp and noodles. My boyfriend's taro milk tea with boba was rotten. The milk was sour and the boba were old, he had to throw the whole drink away. We usually love it here and usually order here but this is the third time this has happened and we won't be returning
Had a very strange medicinal taste to the broth and the meat ball meat was a rubbery slice of meat snd wasnt round . I ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks. Didn't get the drinks . Was really excited to try the milk teas and Boba. But they were also outta Boba even though it looked like they were closing 3 hours early as the entire pla e was very dark including the parking lot. We thought this building was empty until finding out on door dash. Just all around a bad experience.
Pho is probably my favorite food. I've been to at least 20 different restaurants that serve pho. I drove 25 minutes to get here as it was one of the closest pho joints near my hotel. Nothing was good about this pho. I hate to say this, but it was just plain bad. Chicken was cold, dry and huge slices. They use beef broth no matter what pho was ordered, even the vegetarian and the both lacked favor. It's not a Vietnamese restaurant, it's a restaurant trying to make and serve pho like it's subway. Poor attempt to cash in on the popularity of pho.
Taro Boba was the worst I ever tasted, powdery. Beef Pho was not worth packing home and it was served lukewarm. Parking lot was empty at lunch time. Should have been a clue.
