I had the spicy beef with shrimp and the crispy spring rolls. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and hardworking. Atmosphere was pleasant and accommodating. I really enjoyed this place, will eat here again! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible!
It was ok, and I should have picked up on something before I ate there. Pho is pronounced "Fă" and not "Fō" as in pho nouveau. I should have figured it wouldn't be authentic. Ya live and learnFood: 2/5
If you’re in the mood for Pho I highly recommend going to Pho Nouveau! I love their crispy spring rolls but the Pho is out of this world. I would go more if parking wasn’t a difficultly but if you can find a spot, it’s absolutely worth it :-Food: 5/5
A great place with great Vietnamese food. The portion can be smaller than the usual portion you normally see in the US, but personally I enjoy this portion a lot more. It fills you up and makes you want to come back for more. I got the Spicy Soup Vietnamese Style and my friend got Grilled Pork&Shrimp on Rice Noodles. Both of the dishes are flavorful and delicious. The Spicy Soup was pretty close to what I would get back home in Vietnam so I say it’s pretty authentic. What I love the most about this place is that you can customize your food with a lot of options. The restaurant is also gluten-free friendly. Highly recommended!
My husband and I had a delicious meal at Pho Nouveau last night. We were greeted warmly by our server. Our spring rolls appetizer came quickly. They were crispy and tasty. My husband had lemongrass chicken and shrimp bun. I had Bun Bo Hue, a spicy noodle soup with stewed beef. The broth was flavorful and the beef was stewed for a long time. They were tender and delicious. Much better than the Bun Bo Hue I had in New York City. Great place for authentic Vietnamese food.
I never ever leave food reviews, except for today. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night and it was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is small but not too small, pleasant atmosphere and aroma, and very clean. Our server was exceptional, service was wonderful and the food was delicious and cheap for the portions served. There are gluten free and vegetarian options as well for people with dietary restrictions. Best pho I've ever had. Will definitely be coming again. Vegetarian options: Veggie soup broth, tofu and veggies available instead of meat. Dietary restrictions: Almost all the pho menu options are gluten free, and there is a veggie soup broth as well for people avoiding animal products. The vegetarian pho with fried tofu was so good. Boyfriend loved the classic beef pho which is gluten free.
The food was GREAT, other than the Crab Rangoon, very overcooked, very little filling inside, we were very disappointed with our appetizer. I wish our server would have noticed how over cooked they were & had them fixed before serving to us. Our meals were FANTASTIC! Great flavors! Will definitely return.Food: 4/5
Pho was quickly served and very delicious. Loved the broth over other places I have tried. There was a good amount of meat and lots of noodles. It is a great meal. We also had the spring rolls for appetizers. They were tasty as well. This restaurant is conveniently located close to several bars with outside seating. Would definitely go back. Server was wonderful as well
Starting of the service and servers are always wonderful. There are a few that have been around for a long time and at this point they know my order. Second, the food, at least what I order is great and consistent. Years ago this was my wife’s, the girlfriend, and my regular date night. We share a bowl of the spicy Pho. It’s affordable and always great. There is just something about there broth specifically that I love. Most pho is good but there is something special about Pho Nouveau.
Always pleased with their menu items, they consistently cone it the same each time. It's nice to know what to expect each time you order and it doesn't matter who's cooking or what day you go on! Their portion sizes are more than adequate and they have fresh ingredients year round. The leftovers are just as good the next day... How is that possible? I order a second entree to go sometimes just so I can have more leftovers the next day. The space is a little crowded and a tight fit especially during the lunch and dinner rush, and there's often a line. If you have a few minutes to wait or call ahead for take out it's so worth it! The staff are always quick and in hustle mode without losing their friendliness or attention to detail. And the pricing is spot on to what I'd expect for this delicious cuisine, down town location and quality.
