Giant portions! I'm used to spending $12 and wanting more. This place gave the world's largest bowl of pho with fresh bean sprouts and add-ins. Service was a little slow but they were kind and nice - highly recommend if you like phuFood: 5/5
We went here for my dad's birthday brunch and it was disappointing. We ordered the fried fish with ginger sauce and a side of greens. Not only did it take 40 minutes to arrive, but the portion of fish and greens were small. We were sharing between 3 people and let's just say I left hungry. 2 stars is for the ginger sauce
Hands down the best Pho I’ve ever had! I see people complaining about the service, but it seemed just okay to me. Don’t let the reviews fool you. This place is a gem and shouldn’t be missed. The portions are also huge. I’ve never seen Pho this large served in the Orlando area. I will come back here whenever I’m craving Pho again.
I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s really gone downhill. Food is okay but the customer service tonight was awful. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS. They are adding money on without consent. I ordered take out and was aware of the 10% takeout charge only bc happened to see the sign but they did not say anything. Ordered large pho and spring rolls to go. She tells me it’s $23 which already was higher and yes that’s considering tax and the 10% takeout charge. Then she hands me the receipt to sign and it’s $26 and some change. I asked about the difference and I asked for an itemized receipt and she pretended to not know what I was talking about and just shoved the credit card receipt in my face and told me to wait. Awful awful service and if I want overpriced pho I’ll stay in my area instead of running into the hood to get it. Also here’s the menu prices I was given
The service attitude is too bad, the noodles are too hard, the soup is thick, and the hygiene is disgusting. They don’t even give a spoon, and they scold the guests loudly. They will never come again in the future, and I don’t recommend everyone to come
100% Best tasting PHO we have found. We have tried several and even though this is the same owner/recipe as another great Pho place in town, somehow this was better and it even had my favorite, brisket and steak! Yumm prices are best here too! Please give the plaza a chance you won't regret it. Pine Hills has had a rough time but this now quiet plaza could really be a great plaza, it is full of authentic Asian restaurants just waiting to serve you a taste of their home cooked cuisine.
Whoa the chicken wings…worth the drive from Canada! Our usual charbroiled pork chop with rice to die for! This time we got the Bun Bo Hue…the best we’ve had so far. Wished to heck that they kept up with the cleanliness in the washroom tho.
This is the second time to eat here. It feels bad. Sanitation is not up to standard. There will be oil stains on the dishes. Obviously, they have not been washed. I told the clerk that he hadn't washed it and he even took the plate away. I did not take a picture. Later, I changed it to me. Bean sprouts are all bad. The previous ones are fresh. It made me lose my appetite. I didn't even eat it. I paid them. Now the epidemic is serious. I'm worried about hygiene like this, I won't go back again, the boss service is very good
Food and customer service blogger.... Make the food, serve the food, give the check. In restaurant for 10 minutes. Do not, DO NOT ask for a tip when customer pays with card because you see 0 in the tip section. Cash was going to be given until I was asked "no tip no tip" twice. So here is a tip stay off your customers back. I tip everywhere where I'm not given a hard time or being pressured. Happy New Year
Huge bowl of pho, biggest bowl of pho I've ever had, bowl was like 9 or 10 inches in diameter across. Tiny cups for drinks, way too small for the $3.50 paid. Also I saw one of the owners pepper his banh mi using a pepper shaker from a customer table not occupied atm with the pepper shaker touching his sandwich. A bit unsanitary. Ok pho place. 6/10.
