Super friendly owners. Dog friendly without the usual extra cleaning fee. Cabins are nice enough to live in as a residence. Mattresses are firm and top quality. Nice coal grilles for every unit. Community fire pit with complimentary wood. I will be back many times.

Stayed in a motel room. The room was very small but very clean. Staff was friendly and the grounds looked nice.

A great low cost option when staying in the Catskills. We have stayed here couple times over the years and always enjoyed ourselves. Pros: - Plenty of cottages. - Cheap. - Good location. Most places of interest are under an hour away. - Free DVDs you can borrow, free WiFi. - Free breakfast coffee/tea and snacks. Nice quality muffins too. - The fireplaces in the cottages are adorable. Cons: - The cottages have seen better days. The mini-shower has some rust in parts, the kitchen sink has cracks in it, the bedroom walls show some screws and couple of the corners have mysterious black marks on them. - No microwave in the cottages. Overall, I think you get a very good bang for your buck but the cottages could use a little maintenance.

The Phoenicia Lodge is really quaint. It's the type of place you want to go to with a group of friends. The cabins are simple with vintage furniture but upgrades in the right places. There are crisp, soft white sheets on the beds.

Very good stay (we had a room not an entire lodge) ! Very clean and has every facility I would want to have! own little DVD collection to watch in own room, bikes available for guests, nice wooden style rooms, comfortable bed and of course VERY NICE owners!
