Ed was a nice guy who knew what he was doing and took the time to explain what he'd done and why. The price was good for the job and completed on time. I'd use him again

Very disappointing. Made an apppointment for repair a week in advance. Dropped the car off the night before. Called late in the day of the appointment to check the status of the repair, only to be told the work hadn't been done, and I was scheduled for the following day. Not acceptable, especially when temperatures are 10 to 15 degrees and you and your family depend on your vehicle. Needless to say, I took my car back and took it elsewhere for repair.
