Awesome cafe nestled in downtown. After a morning jog, needed a quick cup of coffee and snack to start my day off right. Americano and everything bagel was just what I needed. The coffee was flavorful and smooth, perfectly extracted. Bagel was also perfect, toasty and lightly salted. Ambiance inside was dimly lit and cozy. I'll definitely be back for another cup.
Some of the best coffee in Cleveland. Nice local coffee shop with great coffee. Nice large area with plenty of seating, and normally not too busy. There is also a case with different food and pastries, half made in house and some from outside. One of the best places to go if you want real coffee drinks with the local coffee house vibe.
Phoenix Coffee Co. in downtown Cleveland is not only a fantastic spot for a warm and cozy cup of coffee, but it is also an employee-owned cooperative coffee company. Gotta say that is unique around here! The ambiance is inviting, with dim lighting, comfortable seating, and rustic decor. A solid 4.8/5 there! The staff are friendly and more than happy to explain menu items. And finally - drumroll - the coffee itself was bold and flavorful with a smooth finish. At on the cappuccino was done well too, for those who like stellar 'gram moments.
Perfect cozy spot to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable. My cappuccino was delicious. They offer oat or soy as milk alternatives.Food: 5/5

The barista here was such a doll! I travel for a living and she gave us great recommendations for things to do in Cleveland. On top of that, they also have gluten free and vegan baked goods! I got a tahini marshmallow cookie gf/vegan, and they also offer a gf/vegan chocolate oat cookie and a gluten free lemon blueberry muffin not vegan. It's unfortunate there isn't an option for dine in right now, it's a very cute place too. The gingerbread latte I got was very nice as well. Good to know this is a local chain, I will certainly be back!
Stopped for coffee and a snack which were both very good. No complaints with service. Atmosphere is a little sterile and it is chilly in there.Food: 4/5

Great cafe. The decoration is really cozy and beautiful. as a plant lover I was amazed by the plant wall, it has outdoor sitting as well. On the top of everything, I'm in cl for almost 6 years and this place offered the best hot chocolate so far.
First time in the Phoenix Coffee Co. The Latte was excellent and I loved the Cinnamon Roll Muffin! Great atmosphere and the customer service is 10 out of 10!!!!Food: 5/5
