Highly recommend Phoenix PT. Their Physical Therapist are great. I have been treated by most of the PTs that work there. Each one has been great and really professional. They listen to their patients and are committed to their recovery. Over all I'm extremely satisfied with the treatment I have received from them.

The entire team is wonderful. I started working with Erika and Scott one month after my double knee replacement. They guided me through incredibly challenging but necessary therapy for four months. They were professional but relaxed, consistent and knowledgeable, and delivered all with a nice sense of humor. I had some rough days but they were empathetic and always worked caringly for my improvement. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing PT services.

Excellent!!! Very knowledgeable and thorough. Top notch. Only con is Christian radio is always on, which not only is Christian but very pop esque, with commercials. But still five stars, they're that great.

Went for lumbar therapy with 2 herniated discs and stenosis after having 2 MRIs over the course of 6-8 months at the request of my chiropractor and the surgeon I was referred to. After physical therapy failed to alleviate my pain and leg/knee dropping out while walking, I was recommended to have an L4-L5 laminectomy, but also to continue PT until a couple weeks before my surgery to attempt to keep me limber and stretched out as much as possible. On my last visit one of the two therapists, Erika, tells me that I shouldn't have unrealistic expectations and that surgery might not be my best option for pain relief and I should consider other possibilities. When I asked her to elaborate on what that might entail, she was unable to point me in any particular direction, became frustrated and upset with me, began to cry, at which point I politely asked to terminate the session. She apologized on the way out and assured me if I needed any help after my surgery, that they would gladly have me back for my recovery phase and any further rehabilitation I might need. Fast forward to now, 8 weeks post surgery and I reach out to their office to schedule therapy, which my surgeon had recommended for strengthening my core muscles and try to get me back to work. I called them twice a day for a week and left a detailed voicemail every other day asking for a return call. Finally yesterday I contacted their other location in Lancaster to see if perhaps their messaging system was faulty or if they just were ignoring me. Amazingly I get a call the same night at 7pm from Scott, the head therapist of the practice. Scott tells me they tried to leave me a message or they perhaps had my number wrong, two details I can confirm are false by the call log on my cell and also due to my repeated attempts to provide them with my phone number. Beyond that is the kicker! Scott informs me that Erika has told him she doesn't want to attempt treating me again because she believed she couldn't do anything else for me! But, if I wanted to drive an additional 30+ minutes to their Lancaster location, he would try to see what he can do for me. So not only does this show a lack of urgency or concern from the Diley Rd location, but also a lack of confidence from the head therapist that the employees of the other branch are able or qualified to provide top notch physical therapy to patients in need. I will be finding a different PT location closer to home and hope that I get the help I need from people who actually want to help me recover.

Phoenix Physical Therapy in Canal Winchester did an amazing job with my therapy. I worked with Scott, who I found to be very skillful, knowledgeable and with many years of experience behind him, he was also very thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend Scott and his team at Phoenix Physical Therapy!!
