Never use this company.  I was warned not to use them by multiple people, but the other more reputable companies were all booked up.  I had significant water damage due to a faulty upper level shower pipe in our lake home.  I met the owner, Mark, and my American Family insurance agent at the home.  They thoroughly discussed the damaged areas and came to an agreed upon price.  I had just redone the home the year before, so it was simple to replace the exact carpet and tile that was already in the home.  After they agreed upon the prices for everything, Mark tried to bill me an additional $8,000.00 over the price both he and the insurance agent agreed upon.  His numbers were completely made up, and in addition to overcharging the job ($8,000.00 beyond his original quote and agreed upon price), he didn't even complete all of the work the insurance agent paid him to do.  Part of the bid was to paint the entire basement, and he only painted two bedrooms.  He left that bar, living room, and workout area exactly as they had been.  I was warned not to use them because of this exact reason, but with all of the damage there was no other company available.  Don't make my mistake!

I was very delighted with Phoenix.  We sustained some flooding within my condo from another unit 2 floors above.  I primarily worked with Mark who was very responsive to my questions and getting back to me.  The team did an excellent job and worked fast.

Phoenix was responsive, caring and did a fantastic job. 4 inches of water in basement and within 2 hours the basement had NO water in it and the fans and dehumidifiers were drying. All drywall was cut up 12.5 inche so no mold could develop--they are true professionals. Hopefully we don't have to use them again BUT if we do need them they are our 1st choice. Fantastic and Immediate Service. Called after hours and they responded right away!! Only company @ the Lake who cared that we had a problem!!! Mark came out and made us feel a lot safer about our home! Didn't charge us a dime, even though it was 2 hrs passed office hours. We will recommend this business to everyone we know!
