I've had back problems for 12 years.  My chiropractor recommended that I try PRC because my muscles were super tight and I had numerous pinched nerves.  Having never been through physical therapy, I was extremely skeptical about it thinking they just wanted my money.  Ashley was my therapist and I even told her of my skepticism.  She encouraged me to stick it out and do the exercises at home.  It was painful in the beginning, but Ashley and the other therapists were very accommodating and patient.  They gently push you to do the most you can, but they take care not to let you exert or hurt yourself.  It took 8 visits before I started to even notice a difference.  When I first started going to PRC, I couldn't stand, sit, or walk for more than an hour without pain setting in.  After 20 visits, I'm excited to say that I no longer have that pain!  I can sit or walk for hours at a time now and there is no pain in my back.  Ashley and the PRC team made a physical therapy believer out of me and I highly recommend them!  Thanks to them, I have my life back!!

She is personable, knowledgeable & fun. Even though she beats me up sometimes... just kidding gal! 😁

I went here for three months twice a week. I had suffered for 20 years with low back pain. I have two bulging disks and a torn disk. After three months my improvement was better than 80%!  And they were so generous to work with me when I had trouble making my payments. They definitely go above and beyond with their care. Amazing physical therapists, Dr and staff. Thanks so much!  Highly recommend!

My Chiropractor recommended that I go for physical therapy.  Having never done physical therapy before and being out of shape, I was a little nervous about going.  This place was amazing.  Dr. Bryan Coots and Ashley quickly put my fears to rest.  They start where you are and help you get stronger in a very compassionate and gentle way.  I can honestly say everyone there is precious.  Desiree is great at helping you figure out your insurance coverage and she is so kind.  The hours they are open are very compatible with all schedules too.  I am amazed at the simple exercises I learned and would recommend this place to anyone that needs to gain more mobility and strength.

I am so grateful to have gone to this physical rehabilitation center. Dr Bryan Coots was very attentive and treated my wrist injury over 3 weeks and about 6 visits. I need my wrist for my job as I am a full time photographer. They were very thorough with my treatment and did not push the most extreme and expensive options on me. Having been to other Physical Rehab centers for other past injuries, I can say that PRC is one of the best. They are modern, friendly, and thorough. Thank you PRC team!
