I walked in to five others in the waiting room, yet I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The screen with approximate waiting time for each patient helped, knowing the time frame in which I would be seen.

All staff, from registration to nurse, PA, and Dr. were extremely caring and compassionate - and thorough. I’ve had only positive experiences in my visits to this location, which is greatly appreciated when one is feeling under the weather. 

I’m very grateful to have them nearby, and as an alternative to going to the ER.

The front desk man was really nice, the nurse and doctor were very professional and did my physical exam in 10 minutes. 
The waiting room is very bright and comfortable. Everything was clean 
My waiting time was about 25-30 minutes.

The was my first visit as a patient and I found the wait time to reasonable - 15 minutes or so.  The front staff were friendly and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited.

The PA that saw me was very knowledgeable and explained my treatment in  nice detail, pausing to give me time to ask questions.  Very professional and engaging.

Employee at the counter was awesome, He was respectful and well spoken. The service took a while I went in for a drug screen and it took 30 min, but that seems pretty standard. The place was clean and the nurse who helped me was respectful. The parking is fine as well although its in a shopping plaza

I went to Physician One to have stitches removed from my thumb. I arrive at 9:50AM and was told there was approximately a 1 and a half hour wait. I have the woman at the front desk my information and she said they would text me to come back for my appointment. I received at text to come for my appointment which would be at 11:18AM. I arrived on time, filled out the paper work and then sat in the waiting room for over an hour. I was brought into the exam room at 12:35PM and was not seen by the doctor for another 25 mins. He came in, looked at my finger then had one of the nurses take the stitches out. 

This is completely ridiculous, especially after I was told the “original” wait time was an hour and a half. I then ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen on top of the original wait time. This totaled my wait time to 3 hours, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
