First contact was with a phone call. They were very polite And seem happy to be Of service. Upon reaching the office, everything seemed the same. They were very cordial polite and Very Friendly but professional. What's Most important to me is customer service And they were great.

I came for a dot medical checkup and I have been stuck in here for 3 hours with employers having conversations and jokes instead of taking care of customers. Many other customers are complaining of wait time. Needs better management and organize their staff. If I have to come back I will be getting inside minutes before they close to see if they move faster.

Great staff and great service from nurses to doctors. Place is clean and organized.  The only con I found is that their parking is very limited and can fill quickly due to having state offices correctional and driving license next door, but is not really their fault.

I needed to get my TB test done here for my place of employment. The front desk people are extremely rude and not to be trusted. The one with red hair took my payment of 25 dollars for the test I gave her a 100 dollar bill and she gave me back my change. Upon return to check my TB result on my arm I was told I needed to pay I explained I paid, and that they needed to call the woman who took my payment; she said she did and she said she didn’t receive a payment from me. She then asked for receipt I told her I didn’t have it was at home with the LARGE PAPER for the return date that Sara R signed. The front desk woman today said ok just calm down here’s your paperwork. I wonder how many people they take advantage of there. I won’t be returning, and I’m going to make sure that I tell everyone to stay away from this place; they are absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I needed to do my fit test, but I will be going somewhere else.

I came in with a fracture and a near severed fingertip and the whole staff was prompt and friendly. Clean environment and sent me home with an awesome “goody bag “

I would like to Thank the entire team of the Health Center. They are very professional and very attentive. I have had nothing but good experiences at the office. Thank You Ruby, Katrina, Jessica, Linda, Sara, Blas and the PT team Andy and Zulema. Thank you all for all you do.

The service that I have received at physicians health center is phenomenal, all the staff treat the patients friendly and they are all very caring. Keep up the great work.

Eugene Delgado was very good in the physical and well mannered… blas Garcia was amazing when it came to the blood because never in my life have I not been okay with needles but this performance was so fast so smooth and I didn’t feel a thing that I jumped for joy in amusement that it went so well thank you and now I will never choose another physicians office.

I will never get those 4 hours of my life back. They took FOREVER. . It was FREEZING in the waiting room. I’ve never had a simple physical last THIS long - mind you I got there 30 minutes after they opened their doors. All to be barely spoken to throughout the procedures- blood taken then i was sat  in another room door close for another HOUR Nothing more to say: by the time I left I was VERY UPSET.  unreasonable and  gross amount of time it took to even be seen. followed by MORE TIME WASTED in various rooms waiting to be seen for a whole 3 minutes. I could not be more ENRAGED by this places carlessness

I had fracture my ankle a few months ago and was referred to this location for therapy.  By far the best experience. Andy knows what he is doing and is very patient to explain how things works and was needs to be done for a faster recovery.
