Went into the store recently with a walker (rollator) that we purchased from them about a year ago. I told the young lady that the walker was malfunctioning (would not fold up) and asked if they had a repair service dept. She no we do not and further stated that their store did not sell that brand. I told her that we in fact did purchase the item from their store and her response indicated to me that she did not believe me by restating " we do not sell that brand". I asked her what my options were and she referred me to a store located about 20 miles away with "they may be able to help you." I thought that they should at least offered to replace the walker as it had only been used a minimal number of times (church on sunday mornings about 25-30 times). Her attitude in general was uncaring and eager to blow me off. I can only assume that the store had perhaps changed ownership as we had benefited from their services several times in years past I would give this store zero stars but was not given that option.

Bad place if ordering supplies is what you need. Customer service is lacking (meaning that you get no call from them letting you know something is on backorder, poor backoffice protocols) and the owner greets everyone with suspicion. Time to close up shopwhen a business stops caring about people and especially repeat customers. I bought from them in order to support local...mistake.

Very VERY rude... Do not waste your money or time here. They do not genuinely care about ppl at ALL. They lie about if they have your medication in stock (because of the way you look) an judge you based on the way you look an what you get filled.. Absolutely horrible an completely discriminatory. The BBB will be getting a call.
