The Dr is rigid and unwilling to help. Asked why something he recommended was necessary, his educated answer was and I quote "because" as he rolled his eyes. You can tell he doesn't love his job. Definitely doesn't enjoy helping people.

Very happy with the care we've received in person.  Got the runaround when trying to get information over the phone.  I would have given 5-stars but when I had a question about getting the information from my son's scout physical for his sport physical I ended up being transferred to the records department at the Hospital in Blackfoot.  After explaining my situation the person there said, "And they transferred you to ME?!"  I told her that's what I'd been thinking too.
So 5 stars for the medical personnel and a generous 3 stars to the new receptionist. (The old one was much more helpful.)
