I have suffered from back pain for years. This clinic is the only one that has been able to solve my problem. They took the time to diagnose my problem carefully and help me to recover quickly. I visit the clinic on a regular basis to ensure that I keep my back strong and healthy. Everyone at this place is friendly, the prices are right and there is a gym right there if I need to do any special exercises.

I feel as though they are stressed out/rushed with everything. I've been suffering from back pain (sports related injury) for about a year. The pain has been a hit and miss thing, having disappeared for a few months but just recently coming back. At my first consultation the therapist asked me 2-3 questions and as soon I told her that my back hurt mainly when doing rotational movements she proclaimed to know what I had. I figured she must be rather experienced to know what I had right off the bat because she wasn't the first person I'd seen and nobody had been able to fix the issue. Treatment sessions consist of me laying on a table with an ultrasound on my back for 5-10 minutes followed by electro-therapy for 15 minutes, 5 minutes of the therapist rolling my back around and pressing on it. My back actually hurts more than it did prior to going there, talk about a mistake on my part. They are however professional, the place is clean, prices are fair when compared to other places. It's not all negative but in my personal experience they have been unsuccessful at treating me or even giving me some ideas as to how to treat myself. I don't think that any therapist, be it a chiro, osteopath, physiotherapist etc etc. can just snap their fingers and make my issue disappear but I do expect for them to take the time to run me through my options as well as provide me with suggestions on how to fix it long term - something that was not done. So I'm short $150, have more back pain than before and am nowhere closer to a solution.

I received "moderate" treatment here but always felt like the therapist whom you were paying 65-85$ to see would rush in and out to the next person.  that kinda money deserve more than ten minutes with the professional.
