I have chronic neck and low back issues and require regular Chiropractic treatments for maintenance.  I have been a patient of Dr.  Will Salameh for over 10 years.   He is a very professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable Chiropractor.  I find his treatments very thorough and very effective.  The staff are very warm and courteous.   There is never a waiting time when I arrive for my appointments.   I refer clients regularly to Dr. Salameh and always receive very positive feedback.   I highly recommend his services!!!!

I have been going to the clinic for years.  The staff is very friendly and extremely organized.  Dr. Salameh is very knowledgeable and has assisted me with a number of different sports related injuries.  Extra time is always given to accommodate your needs, and the wait times are always short.  I highly recommend this clinic.

Terrible administratively and appointments which felt to me like they were just collecting insurance money and not helping me get better.  I feel worse after a month of going than I did before I started going.

Administratively, they would either cancel my appointments without phoning me and then get confused when I would show up at my scheduled time like it is my fault for not knowing that they cancelled it without telling me, or else other times they will phone and cancel my appointments with absolutely no explanation hours before even though I was in pain and had that appointment booked for a month.  Many other physio places offer next day appointment booking, yet this place cant seem to keep appointments that had been booked for weeks?  I had a total of 4 scheduled appointments cancelled in a month, so this wasn't just a 1 time thing.

In terms of treatment, many appointments they would simply take me into a room, put a heating pad on my back, leave the room for around 20 minutes, and come back and that is basically your appointment, and they would charge the insurance very high amounts for that.  My 2nd appointment there was actually only 11 minutes long and all they did was put the heating pad and electric stim and then the appointment was over, and these 6 appointments worked out to $775 somehow being charged to the insurance, plus an additional $215 for the initial assessment.  Very passive treatment options that didn't really help me feel better or get better at all.  They didn't even give exercises or stretches or anything to do on your own at home like most physio places would do to try to stretch or strengthen the muscles after a car accident, everything was so passive and "oh, we'll do that next time" (and then next time you don't get around to it either), like they're in no rush.  The longer you stay with them the more insurance money they get I guess?

When someone gets injured in a pretty bad car accident, in so much pain that they're waking up 3 or 4 times a night months after the accident they want a place that's going to help them through the recovery, not somewhere that's going to just string them along and collecting insurance money while offering very little in terms of quality treatment.

I highly recommend Physiomed Hamilton, 1070 Stone Church Rd E #30m Hamilton , Ontario to anyone who suffers in pain.  The team with Dr. Salameh at the helm is professional, knowledgeable and extremely organized.  You will NOT be disappointed. Dr. Salameh takes the time to assess and explain in detail any issues or concerns you may have and will set a plan in place to help!! Again, you will not be disappointed.
