Dr. Raymond Waters. I am absolutely thankful for him. He relays information clearly, comes to your level, and includes you in your care. I am so happy that I chose this location and was assigned him as my PT. He cares, knows what he’s talking about, is extremely personable, and made me actually want to come to therapy. I came here about six weeks ago with horrible neck pain which also ended up causing shoulder pain as well. Kaitlyn and Connor were awesome. They were very thorough and informative with all treatments, so kind, and just all around great people. Today I feel like a brand new person! Being able to sleep properly and having the tools to continue to improve is a game changer! The best experience I’ve ever had with physical therapy. If you’re looking for quality therapists come here!
I really appreciate Ray as my Physical Therapist. I can see he has a lots of knowledge how to work specifically w/my injury. Very professional and makes me feel comfortable the way I leave the office feeling much better . Place is fun and have this family environment. Great staff! Thank you all
Caitlin deserves a 10. She is caring, concerned and knows the best practices to help me. She is patient, kept me focused, and explained the best exercises to make me stronger and get me moving again. I appreciate her professionalism and comforting ways to ease me into a workable and successful physical improvement plan.
I really appreciate the professionalism of the Physical Therapists and the Administrative Staff at the Windy Hill office. The Therapists do an excellent job of explaining the reason for a given exercise. They make sure I understand the movements and perform them properly . The admin staff ensures that any scheduling conflicts, billing concerns or correspondence with my healthcare provider are handled expeditiously. The Physiotherapy Associates Team at Windy Hill is the best!
She is so kind and attentive. Her positive attitude makes the hard work easier. She is very helpful through it all, answering questions, explaining what exercises are for, demonstrating them, and making sure you do them correctly. I cannot recommend her enough!
Rob was amazing as a preceptor for an extern from Tuskegee University. Tyjahnee McGee, Occupational Therapy, graduate student, was introduced to me during my initial evaluation. He allowed her to manage my rehab process and never felt the need to look over her shoulders. He allowed her to grow as he was exceptional in mentoring without micromanaging the process. I was met with a smile, laughter, and a plan for improvement. In one month, I was able to exceed the rehab goals. Thank you Robert and Tyjahnee.
AMAZING! Friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff. I really appreciate them taking me on such short notice. I had severe and unexpected back pain that landed me in the ER. Once discharged I wasn’t given much information about what happened or a referral. I called Physio and was immediately placed on the schedule. Ray worked with me and had me back on my feet in no time all. I loved his no nonsense approach and the way he was adamant about not providing services I didn’t need. He gave me more knowledge and piece of mind than the doctor that I only saw once while I was admitted. I left feeling more confident and in control of my health. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
I worked with Ray and he was really great and professional. I felt comfortable each time I had a session. The environment really feels like family. Tiffany at the front is also really nice and helpful. If I ever had to do physical therapy again I would definitely choose this place!
This place is awesome from the front desk receptionist, down to all the therapists I worked with during my journey to rehabilitate my left ankle. Ray, my physical therapist I worked with, is the best however :- He advocated the best treatment options, and educated me on things to help with my recovery and I am better than I could have ever imagined. I am forever grateful to this place for helping me and I'm really pleased with how much pain I am NO longer in because of all they have done. Much gratitude for everything, thank you thank you .
