First time here, incredible!  Wow I was kinda expecting a Chipotle experience with an Italian twist but this was much better!  Really good quality food for the price.  The staff was very friendly and efficient and could tell it was my first time so they made some suggestions.  I opted for the Power Bowl with grilled chicken and a sprinkle of feta on top.  My oh my, this was delicious and filling!  For a side, I had to try the grass-fed meatballs which were super yummy.  Flavorful, tender and sprinkled with some hand-grated parmesan cheese.  The dining room and restroom were clean and well stocked.  This was a fantastic lunch and I can't wait to go back and try other options!  Parking: Plenty of parking in front and on the side during a weekday lunch rush.

10/10 food and customer service, definitely recommend! Food is delicious, flavorful, and well cooked. Cleanliness is maintained. There is almost never any wait time, the employees make sure that your order options are added for any customizations before moving on to the next category of selections.

I love the atmosphere of this Piada! I’m always greeted with smiles and my food always comes out fresh and tasty!! Would highly recommend you stop by and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!Food: 5/5

This is my favorite Piada spot to be.  Staff is cool and the food is even better and always fresh.  Highly recommend :  PS - my pic does it no justice, but it was good nevertheless lol

Jesus greeted me upon entering the restaurant- he was very friendly, courteous, and prepared my order with care.  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free sweet treats

Excellent portions and flavor. Very clean restaurant with friendly staff during my visit. This is a strong 4 from me. The grilled chicken was very fatty to an inedible point. Rest of the meats looked fine. Their bacon was next level good. Would be good to add in another trash can on the opposite side of store. Overall, great experience.

We come here on a regular usually good food good customer service but today the complete opposite so today I’m enjoying lunch with my boyfriend and realize a whole bug in my food if y’all eat at PIADA IN NORWOOD watch it the manager only refunded me for the 1 bowl when he should refunded my whole order. I showed him the bug in my bowl and his exact words probly came off the spinach and on top of that I’m 7 months pregnant

My coworkers and I order take out from Norwood Piada several times a month.  We love the variety and that you can customize your orders.  The staff is friendly and our orders are always perfect!  The desserts are so good- try the cannoli!!  Vegetarian options: I don't eat a lot of meat, and this is my favorite place to eat!  Dietary restrictions: You can customize pretty much everything, so if you can't tolerate certain food, you can substitute for something else.

Food was amazing had so much flavor ! I got the BLT wrap . The service was great chef olga  , chef Jesus and Elia all were amazing!! Definitely worth a try !! Ate my wrap before I could take a picture.Food: 5/5

Such a great experience! I’ve been to Piada before but it was my first time at the Norwood location and I am very happy I came. My food was fresh and everything was so delicious. To top it off the customer service was amazing. I believe it was Andre who helped me and my niece with our order and I just want to thank him. He was so sweet along with all the other staff. Thank you!!
