I ordered flowers from Piano's Flowers & Gifts recently for my wife.  I was very impressed with professionalism displayed by Barbara.  She was able to accommodate my request for delivery.   The flowers we received were great.  My wife said they were absolutely gorgeous!  Thank you for making my our day!  I will use you again when I need flowers.

I called them late on a Saturday to send a bouquet to my uncle. Barbara went the extra mile to make sure the order was taken and delivered on time. My mom liked the flowers very much.  I'm impressed with Piano's professionalism and customer service, I'll definitely be using them in the future! Thanks Barbara!

Overall the service is great! I was able to get a special order of Roses. I had to change the delivery location last minute and they were very kind and able to accommodate it accordingly without hassle. The flowers arrived as described, and were in great condition, I cannot thank them enough for the amazing service.
