Piatt's professionalism, empathy, and high quality made the experiences of saying "good-bye" to my late maternal grandparents Bennie and Ann Andy easier experiences.

My grandfather passed away in his late 70s but my grandmother lived to be almost 98. When she passed she obviously looked older, frail and gaunt. What an unexpected pleasant surprise when I viewed her at Piatt's. Grandma Ann Andy looked vibrant, lovely, healthy, at peace and 15 years younger. I will forever be grateful for that last memory of her.
