Piazza Honda of Springfield is the best! They make buying/leasing a fun and enjoyable experience. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and they take the time to go over all the new functions and gadgets the new models offer. They are not pushy and at no point do you feel pressured into buying something that you do not want, the sales staff makes it clear that this experience is about you. When it comes time for service there is no other dealership that I trust more. Everyone is pleasant, courteous and eager to help.

If you're looking to buy a Honda, do yourself a favor, and don't. The "reliability" that drew me to buy one has not been my experience, especially after owning my car for less than a year. 
If you happen to own a Honda, and are looking for service on your vehicle, I'd recommend you go anywhere but here. I have had many terrible experiences at mechanics, but have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me like here. 
I hate speaking negatively about anyone, and I wish I could have a better review. The guy who made my appointment over the phone (I think his name was Stan) seemed nice. But, everything else was one-star worthy.

This is the second car I have purchased from Piazza Honda of Springfield and it won't be the last. I knew which car I wanted and the price I would pay for it. They agreed to the price and got me into the car as fast as it could be prepped. The salesman, Jim Helmig, did a good job of entertaining me while we waited for the car. The Finance Manager offered to transfer the Zurich Shield policy from my old car without my asking. I was very well taken care of.

Jim Helmig helped my husband buy our first car in 2012 and we'll go back to him again the next time we need to buy a car. Jim helped us get exactly what we were looking for and 5 years later we're still very pleased with our purchase and with Jim's help. Jim even calls us to check and see how we're doing and if our car is still serving us well. Highly recommend Jim and Piazza Honda of Springfield!
