I went there to have my hair trimmed and the stylist was overly rude. Im not sure what her name was but she was an older lady with short blonde hair. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had a gift card to come back, but because of the way I was treated I did not return. As for my hair,  she did a fine job trimming it but styled it like I was a toddler. I have heard there are some new stylists there now, so maybe I will try it again.

My mom is an octagenarian - She would not like it if I revealed her real age!  I thought she needed to be pampered so I gave her 2 gift certificates for nails and toes for she and a friend.  Well, they were thrilled.  She described her exhillerating experiences in this way.  "We were in this room where these great chairs were that we controlled that leaned any way and had a massage that runs from and including your head to your boot. All the while your feel are being minicured with wonderful ointment and stuff put on the calluses and ruff spots and then soaked in warm tub of water.  Then your hands are messaged and wrapped in cellophane and put into heated mittens.  This took about n hour or so, then we were put in another room where we had toenails and fingernails finished with about 4 coats of polishes.  I thoroughly enjoyed the pampering.

Thank you Picasso's for giving Mom what she really deserves - the highest quality of pampering.
