Why when your checking out do they ask if you found what you wanted when you say not everything they act like they didn't hear you. Don't pretend you care about customer service if you don't. There's a lot of items they used to carry that they don't have anymore.

Slowest deli workers, no customer service skills at all, rude, and not willing to help.  I stopped going to PNS for this very reason, but was hoping that service had improved after Kroger purchased them.  It hasn’t, it’s gotten worse.

Store  is clean very good selection of food.  Prices are reasonable and check out for the most part either self check out or manned isles is easy.

So tired of the confusing ads.  The 5 for 5 is so confusing.  I bought 5 items that were a dollar off on each with my card. Surprise they all were not part of the 5 for 5.  I had 4 items that were do I didn't get the extra $1 off on each. I bought things that I wouldn't have for what it cost me. Extra $12 spent on a tight budget.

I love they still do double coupons! I spent $25 and saved $53! Saturday sales have been very good lately! I do better here than Wal-mart, since Wal-Mart stopped matching competitor ads!!!
