OMG, why have 8 check out lanes if your only going to utilize 2.  After a certain hour the self check outs are closed and your only option is one of 2 checkers.   The line can be stretched into the candy dept and despite seeing 10 green shirts socializing,  they refuse to open one.  Even if it's momentarily to get the bottle necked crowd checked through,  this would be seeding  awesome, but no,  i have to stand behind behind a family of 6, shopping for the month clutching my 10 cans of cat food.   I even called customer service from the line.  He must of thought i left and was calling later to complain,  so he lied.   Told me there were 3, no limit,  lines open.   Insult my vision and intelligence in one fell swoop buddy,  way to go.   Needless to say i don't shop there.   Groppis is the best for small trips,  nicest employees,  ever.  Woodmans is worth the trek too.

My experience here was and still is horribe. U r a number here not a person. Ive needed my blood pressure meds, now for 2 weeks, about 2 weeks ago I went in there to get my very important med Lisinopril/Hydroclorothyazide, and he (Josh gave me 3) then again another day after 3 days, he gave me 5pills. I said what cant u give me my whole perscription? He said, well then Jane, we wont have enough to give out to other people that are on this med. I said excuse me, you are teliing me that I have to make another trip back here again?  He said yes you do. This is bad customer service, and I will be going else where so I dont have these problems. This is MY HEALTH!!! NOT TO BE PLAYED AROUND WITH. I have been in customer service for many many years and just to let them, (you know), THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!! My meds are now at Glendale pharmmacy, pic and save, for me to see today if they have taken care of this problem Im having now, not for days, but for weeks!!! I donot appreciate how I was treated from all the staff in the pharmacy at Holt Ave!!! They stated that they are remodeling. Instead of telling me the customer, No Im sorry Mam, we will take care of this immediately or soon! I donot care if Holt pharmacy Pick and save is remodeling or not!!! CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. I switched to this pharmacy after years of Walmart and Walgreens name brand per say. From always having to bounce around due to not having scripts in Stock I ended up here. Got what I needed are PNS they were very nice, an I went back the following month and so on for the past three years. My prescriptions are always available an they get it done they plan ahead they care.
