I've eaten at many Pick Up Stix but I won't go back to this one. For the second time in a row, many of the pieces of chicken in my House Special Chicken had lots of gristle. It's a big bummer to bite into it only to find that it's inedible. It all looks the same when it's covered in sauce. Not sure why this location has trouble with their chicken quality, but it does.

Ordered from this location 6x.  Out of the 6 had one decent meal.  Twice now I've had my broccoli beef taste like salmon because they don't rinse out the pan. If I wanted salmon I would have ordered it. Obviously this goes against protocol and they have one crappy cook ruining the location.  Had multiple other issues at this location but won't bother elaborating.  Save yourself the frustration and go to another location.

Friendly service and great food. I order here all the time. I order online an it's ready as soon as I get there.  I can't believe people have issues with this nice restaurant.
