BE AWARE THIS IS A WILDLIFE PRESERVE. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED! Rangers keep park in excellent shape. They are a visible prescence, assuring rules are followed and nothing shady goes on. (Like at parks in Lancaster, closer to my home) You may see anything from bald eagles to to foxes. All types of birds and other wildlife are readily visible. Have fun! Plenty of trails to walk and observation decks through out.

Actively managed wetland. Photographers dream for capturing wildlife. Deer, bald eagles, geese and I'm sure many others thru out the year. Bring your camera and a big zoom lens for the best shots!

I really like this place. Parking is close to the trail but have to cross a road. I don't remember seeing a bathroom. Trail is gravel which is good for walking but probably not jogging. I was able to push a stroller but it was bumpy. The trail probably wouldn't be good for a wheel chair but the views of the pond from the parking lot would be. Went in fall and with all the plants and trees changing color it was beautiful

I really liked this park. I was with my wife and kids and did not walk the whole trail. It wasn't busy, parking was good. I don't recall seeing a rest room or porta potty though. I think I was at a trail entrance and not the main park entrance. The gravel path was a little bumpy at times for the baby in the stroller but she mostly slept anyways. Very scenic with the colors changing since we went in fall. I noticed a lot of the other folks there were photographers, very pretty area. I noticed the sign at the entrance of the trail saying no bikes and no pets. Because it is gravel I'm not sure it would be good for a jog and it would be bumpy for a wheel chair if you did the trail but the pond view was beautiful and you can see that from the parking area.
