I feel like I am a part of the family at this dental office. Recently, at my first visit I was greeted with smiles and did not wait more than two minutes before being called into the room. 
I engaged in some pleasant conversations with the receptionist, the friendly dental assistants, hygienist, and the dentist. 
By the end of my appointment I think I told them my whole life story.
WHAT A TERIFFIC STAFF. I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this office!

Love this practice!  From the dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff - everyone there is super friendly and helpful and knowledgable.  I have tried my share of dentists over the years, so I know how hard it can be to find a good one.  Dr Shahmehdi and his staff are definitely top notch!  He is very conservative and will always try different methods before resorting to a root canal or crown or any of the more invasive dental procedures.  And he thoroughly explains everything so it is easy to understand.  Highly recommended!!

Love Love Love this practice....My family goes to both locations, Little Falls and Clifton....everyone is fabulous!!!!  They work with you, help you, talk with you, comfort you

I have been coming to Picture Perfect for 2yrs now.  My kids see Dr. Sperling, he is great with children and does a great job.  My son and I see Dr. Shahmehdi and he also does a great job. We couldn't be happier with there work.

Dr. Sperling tried to force me to accept a treatment that I cannot afford. I wasn't feeling comfortable discussing treatments costs in front of my kids. He should pay more attention to what and where to discuss financial issues. In fact, I should have been given a pre-estimate before starting. He never gave one. 
I am surprised that people gave this practice this rating. This cannot be true.
