Food is good. Service is always terrible. Our waitress spent more time explaining why she can’t do her job rather than doing it. We have been here several times and the service has never been good. Good thing they have wonderful pie to take out. My husband wanted jelly for his toast and our waitress just took it off the table next to us. Sure hope they didn’t want it for their biscuits they had.

Great little restaurant. I had breakfast and it was amazing! Would recommend to friends. But beware, they are usually really busy, and for good reason!

Excellent family restaurant.  Generous portions good food. They are still trying to work kinks out as new owner. Great changes in opening up and making appear brighter inside.

Our first time here since the new owners. My 10 year old daughter and I LOVE this place so we were hoping it hadn't changed too much. Aside from the brand new, clean atmosphere and menu selections, the food is still amazing. There was no wait the morning after Christmas. Our waitress was very pleasant and service was prompt. My daughter ordered a BLT for breakfast and it was HUGE. Pretty sure there was a whole tomato on that thing. 5 stars from us aside from Jerry Springer being on the t.v., which makes it 4 stars. There should be family appropriate television to watch in this sort of establishment.

I went in for the first time since the new owners bought the place to pick up my order for Thanksgiving. The decor seems a little sterile for me, but I think that's an easy fix just some flowers and some pictures would take care of that. However, the quality of the pies is still excellent and I will definitely place another order come Christmas.
To the owners, you need to seriously organize what line is for pies and what is for dining customers because when I was in there no one knew. When I got there it was a madhouse. There were 20+ people there and no one knew where the line began or ended. It was just a big mess of people. Which was frustrating for diners, who just wanted to pay and go home, but we're stuck behind 10-15 other people trying to get their pies.
So in conclusion, overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. 
*Revision* Getting someone to answer the phone over there is hit-or-miss. I called over there a little while ago and no one picked up. Five minutes later, someone called back, didn't say a word and then hung up on me. When I called back the phone rang and no one picked up again.
