I was very satisfied with the level of service I received from Piedmont Mechanical.  They arrived during the scheduled time and quickly assessed that I needed a new motor for AC  unit and the technician double checked to make sure the fan didn't need to be replaced too and it's a good thing he did because it also needed replacing. So, he ordered both parts on Monday and he was back installing them on Wednesday. Jeremy was the technician. He kept me aware of the entire process all the while training another technician who was shadowing him. Both guys were very professional. My AC works great and everything was covered under my home warranty.  
Two negatives are:
1.) The 5 hour window to arrive.
2.) It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone. On 2 separate occasions, during work hours,  I sat almost 10 minutes waiting on "The next available agent".

Bill W. is a great technician. He quickly accessed the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. He also provide me with educational information for any future problems or replacement. I would highly recommend this company for all of your mechanical needs.

The company was very communicative and made sure that I was kept informed regarding my appointment. 
The technician was on time and very professional. He made sure that I was fully aware of all issues and provided options that would address the issues, even though a couple of the options would not cost me a lot.
I will definitely use and recommend this company. 
Any business that puts the customer first is a business I will support

These people are worst and it's the same exact response I'm reading. First never use American Home Shield their useless. Second bad companies use other bad companies because they did nothing when they came but tell me what I already knew my AC is out. No quotes No when can we come back nothing. You call them the phone will ring forever the person who finally answers the phone doesn't know anything he isn't even an AC Tech.  Like one other person said if I could give the a zero I could. And to all these people leaving these 5 Star rating they must be related to someone who works there FAKE NEWS

Scott with Piedmont was extremely professional and helpful. He understood the issues with the units and was able to repair them completely and quickly to restore the air to our home.
