I called for a scooter carburetor on Friday, I was told that they would have it at 9am on Saturday morning.  I showed up at 10 and they didn’t have the part ready.   So I decided to go get the scooter and let them do the work on it.   They said they would have it ready by Monday.   Monday I go to pick it up and they haven’t done anything to it.  They call me Tuesday and say that it was the intake manifold.  It takes about 30 seconds to remove the two bolts holding it in but they charged me for an hour and a half PLUS $60 for a $10 part.  I go Wednesday to pick it up at 4:51 pm and the tech says “oh we close at 5 on Wednesday’s, the guy with the keys is pulling out now”.  I reply “can you call his mobile number”?   The tech tells me that he doesn’t have a number to his boss.....   WOW....  long story short these guys are about as bad as it gets for a company.   They come and go whenever they please,  they overcharge,  they lie,  it’s too bad they are the only ones in the area that do this type of work because I will gladly drive an hour to Concord next Time I need anything.   Take my advice if you need scooter service or parts,  go to a professional instead of depending on this place for anything.  God bless the people who have bought cars from them, I can only imagine the headache they have been through.   Only reason they get one star is because I can’t give them zero.
