Highly competent! I'm another former patient of Dr Gabor for many years who had a smooth transition to Dr Guerisoli. I've found him extremely professional and capable as well as personable.

I was concerned about finding another dentist of the caliber of Dr Gabor, but I'm very satisfied by Dr Guerisoli and his staff. Dr Guerisoli seems to be current with the latest techniques as well. 

The administration of my account has been fine as well with no billing issues. It's too bad that client pomarzu had a bad experience, but I'm guessing it's an outlier.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!   

Chris Guerisoli took over the practice of Dr. Richard Gabor. I was a patient of Dr. Gabor's for over 30 years. I referred numerous friends and family members to Dr. Gabor's practice and everyone was amazed by Dr. Gabor's practice. Unfortunately for all us, Dr. Gabor retired. The new staff and replacement dentist don't come close to the level of service, friendliness and concern displayed by the Gabor family. (Dr. Gabor's wife, Yvonne, was the office manager.)

Chris Guerisoli is a bit dismissive and lacks the "chair-side" manner to which we are all accustomed. This is a big change from the time Dr. Gabor spent with each patient learning about the patient. We gave Dr. Guerisoli a few tries to get it right -- so there wasn't a rush to judgment from long-time, loyal patients of Dr. Gabor.

The new office staff is appalling. Gone are the days of a quick resolution of complaints. When I called and left a message asking the dentist to call me back, he called my wife instead.The office staff appear to be making mistakes with billing and now it appears there might be an over-charge (it is under investigation). Our insurance company representatives told us over the phone that they believe the charges are too high. No matter how the investigation turns out, it has taken too much of our valuable time to resolve to warrant continuing with this practice. Dr. Gabor offered some of my lower-income referrals with a sliding scale and payment plans. I don't see any evidence that the new practice is offering these things.

I recently had a dental emergency (fractured tooth) and I quickly found a large, (very busy) dental practice who booked an appointment 90 minutes after my call. The new practice probably sees three to four times the number of patients but managed to be quite personal in their service. The business manager stayed after the office was closed to sit with me to go over the billing.
