I’ve never been to a more unorganized Easter egg hunt. The line for registration was an hour long and no limit on the amount of kids registering which leaves not many eggs for the kids. My child was not able to grab one egg. It was 4-6yr olds and for some reason all the parents went running in to grab eggs for their kids. Then trampled over my son who is 4yrs old. We lost him which we have never before. It was a terrible experience. No child should be leaving an Easter egg hunt with no eggs

Worst place to live in. I would give -1 star to this place. Don’t be fooled by images and rent offers they use for marketing. Management only cares about big fat monthly deposits in the name of rent. Anyone can access the building roof even at mid night and run around to make noise. if you call the office to complain, you will be asked to call 911. As a result, tenants residing on the top floor have to suffer. ceilings would crack and leak water during rain. If you call maintenance or management, they won’t take it seriously. management is non existent when it comes to fixing issues. They will do nothing about it for months nor you’ll be compensated for the damages you suffer.

This complex charges way too high of a rent for the area. If you walk one or two blocks away from the beach, it's a dump. So dangerous and ghetto. The restaurants in and around the area are horrendous. The nightlife is full of old people. The units are old and without stainless steel appliances. Plus their units still use carpet. It's sad people in pier village are proud to be in pier village. Long Branch = Strong Branch. This complex tries to look high-end in a ghetto neighborhood, which is pathetic. The worst part is the distance from Manhattan. You basically deal with the jersey shore trash when it's lively. The winters are dead. I unfortunately lost a year of my life and a year of rent living here.

NICOle IS THE BOMB!!! SO IS THE GUY WHOSE ALWAYS WORKING FRONT DESK WITH LONGER HAIR, MAINTENCE CREW IS THE BOMB ALSO!!! I love living here, I wish I could live here forever! Management is 10/10 too!

Pier Village is decorated beautifully for the Christmas season. Ice rink is bigger this year and can now accomodate more skaters. Fun place to go with friends or family.
