Staff was nice.. We were at the emergency for my 9mo. We stayed 2h and left because they had no pediatrician and our number kept getting bumped down to the bottom of waiting list. Cleanliness wise i was disgusted. But again it was the emergency where its full of wellfare cigarette smelling unwashed people. Excuse my honesty.

The ER has a limited capacity, so the wait time will vary a lot depending on how urgent your case is and how many people come in by ambulance while you're there. Otherwise, all the staff I've ever interacted with was very professional and humane.

The day before my appointment, they called us and said that had many people cancelled their appointments, so they had to move our appointment, and they had no patient to wait for me until 3:45 pm. Its super ridiculous that a hospital or any public service tells their customers like this. On my appointment day, they said I had to come earlier for my appointment because they could not give me after 3 because of doctor issue. I had my exam at that time. It is more ridiculous and shows how terrible service they are, when they set my appointment and they said they could not afford that.

Staff in ER is overworked and understaffed. They are tired irritable. I have found this on multiple times. Rest of the hospital is fine but most of us have to go through the ER.

Emergency was a horrible place to be. I came in with abdominal pain and for one month I can barely hold food in my stomach. Then after 14 hours for a blood test and my results . They send me home at 2 am. Stating that they can't do anything for me cause my blood tests came back normal. This place is a joke
