Received wrong order, called back to fix the order, the person informed that oven was already off, said I would be credited $20 for next order, and when made next order said that there was not any credit to phone number or address, and was only given $10 credit. Also takes along time to receive the orders on multiple occassions and bad customer service. No longer ordering from there. Food was good.

Sitting here now. Order was placed by phone and was told 25 minutes for pick up. Waited 30 minutes before getting here and have been waiting for a half hour now. 35 minutes later and I still don't have my food. Never coming back.

5 minutes after I made this post, I finally got my food. No apology for taking so long, nothing. Very displeased.

Food is great, and they're almost always on time. They only failed to deliver on time once because they accidentally listed the order as "for pickup", but they resolved it immediately, even though the restaurant was already closed for the night, which something that deserves respect.

Chicken ranch beacon pizza was dry. And the chicken fingers the same. Also the sausage onion and pepper pizza lacked flavor. Very over priced on top of it all.Should have ordered local. I will never buy from these guys again.
