I have been studying Pilates for 15 years in different local studios. The differences between other studios and Pilates in Port are many. The experience starts when you walk through the door of the clean and inviting atmosphere with a view of Manhasset Bay. This is a classic Pilates studio in the mold of Joseph Pilates. The studio is fully equipped with Mat/Tower, Cadillac, Reformer, Barrels and both Wunda & High Chair. Pilates in Port offers Privates, Duets and classes (with never more than 5 per class) for every level student. I have saved the best for last; all the equipment in the world cannot substitute for top level instructors and they are the core  ( no pun intended) of Pilates in Port. All instructors are classically trained, certified and experienced. Many are only one generation removed from the Master, himself, having studied with his orotegee Romana Kryzanowska. Pilates in Port offers the best training I have found and so I have studied there these past 8 years. All fitness levels, ages and abilities are welcomed and a number of men have found their way to this wonderful studio. Thank you, Tricia O’Donnell, for your vision in creating this great studio Pilates in Port.
