I love the customer service! I brought in a ton of clothes that were hand wash and dry clean only after Hurricane Harvey hit out home. The owner discussed a price and offered a discount and allowed me to make payments. I received an email stating some of my clothes were ready and listed a price. I walk in to make a payment and the lady told me the remaining balance which was not at all what we discussed. It was CHEAPER!!!! I confirmed this total and paid it off! I love the generosity they showed me and highly recommend them! And I will definitely use them in the future!!

Less than 1 star if possible .  I dropped off a pair of pants on the 15 of July for a simple adjustment on the hem, plus a dry cleaning.  I finally received my pants on the 26th of July at 6:00.  This after many promises of "oh it will be here tomorrow".  I was told at least 6 times "the manager or owner will call you back" never happened. Then I found out they ship the pants to some other place to do the work, and that company never started the pants, then lost the paperwork.  There are 100's of dry cleaners in the clear lake area.  Choose 99 of the others before you choose this one.

I have no complaints about the service. However, I was charged $65 to dry clean 11 pieces. Only 3 were pants and 4 tank tops. Came out to about $6 per piece. Too expensive.

Excellent!!! The quality of their work is very good. They will re-clean it, if there is a missed spot. Prices are competitive. The manager, Esther, is a very nice person to deal with. In general, one of the few friendly places in the area with a quality work results and authentically friendly atmosphere.

They service it way beyond what I expected. It was like being treated like a king. The manager Ester, was very helpfull. This was my first time at this particular dry cleaners. I was un- eased you could say, I never had the luxury of dropping off my close and picking them up after hours in a secured locker. When I called to check the status of my Close (due to me being new to the whole locker ordeal ). Ester assured me, after she introduced herself to me as being the store manager. That I was in good hands and if I ever needed anything to let her know. She even asked if I had a drop off bag, I said no. She said not a problem. I'll add a bag in your locker with your dry cleaning. She assured me my close would be ready that same day, not to worry i was in good hands and they will be in the locker. Now of days, when it's sounds too good to be true. It normally is. BOY, was I wrong. This is customer service at its best. Good old fashioned customer service at its best. I will not only use this cleaners from hear on out, but also refer all my colleagues to this wonderful locker service. Thanks ester and staff for being the best. Also the young lady that assisted me in the evening of my dropping off the Close. Didn't catch her name but very helpful, nice, and respectful very respectful. Thanks and keep up the GREAT customer service.

This location is in my opinion the best dry cleaners EVER. The staff is wonderful. Especially Ester. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to help the customer and get their clothes out in a timely, effective, efficient, manner. She has helped me in many occasions to get my clothes same day. It is really appreciated, the work, time, service she provides. Not only to me, but to all the customers. I will be a FOREVER customer simply because of the way ESTER handles situations and the way she resolves them. I can't speak enough good about her. Thank-you thank- you thank-you. So much ESTER. and thee staff who makes all the operations happen.
