Was referred to Pilgrim Fence from another fence company that did not travel to the area I needed fencing at. First interaction with Mike J. was great. He asked me to send an email with measurements to his email address and he would get back to me with a quote. Almost a week later with no reply, I called Mike and he said they were just so busy he wasn't sure when he'd be able to get to me but he would "drop what he's doing" to get me a quote as if I was an inconvenience to him. This information would have been helpful a week ago, Mike. But no, you string me along and then say you're very busy. I told him to forget about the quote and that we would go with someone else. I called another company nearby and in the first conversation they have already scheduled a site visit. Don't bother with Pilgrim.
