Jackie was awesome in giving me details about what I was looking for. She was not pushy but let us browse the store. Lillian was amazing helping me to apply for financing and being patient with the process. I will definitely tell others about Pilgrim. There was a gentleman there, I did not get his name, he was very pleasant and encouraging. Thanks Jacke, Lillian and that gentleman for being professional and down to earth.
Anne Marie was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient when purchasing our couch. She took the time to really get to know what style couch we needed and when we told her what vibe we were going for she knew exactly which couches would fit our needs. We were very indecisive at first and she was extremely patient with us, which was much appreciated. We can't wait until our new couch comes in and it's all thanks to Anne Marie!
Ann Marie somehow knew exactly what we needed in terms of firmness and style immediately…as we were shopping for a much needed mattress. We were in and out of the store in record time with everything we were looking for. The store manager-Anthony - was also extremely kind, helpful, and overall a fun guy. Even the young lady who checked us out was incredibly pleasant and professional. We were treated courteously and with respect. It was actually a really pleasant experience. We are very happy with our mattress purchase. Highly, highly recommend the store and Ann Marie in particular. We will head back for all things furniture in the future.
Very bad experience. We bought this dining set with 5 years warranty but when the chair strips broke and we came to you guys. You guys suggested we email the warranty, and they said, it does not come under warranty. When we buy things in the name of Pilgrim and when it happens that no one helps and takes care of problems then why do we go and shop to Pilgrim?
Ms.J was so helpful in helping us pick out the correct pieces that fit our taste AND budget. She patiently waited while we discussed our options and gave feed back and directed us in the right direction. Ms. J stayed with us until the sale was complete, and walked us through the entire process. So happy she was at the door when we walked in this morning! Great personality, she knows her business!! Definitely would come back to the store!
What a wonderful experience!!! Ms J was amazing, we felt like our whole design came to life with her expertise and eye for perfection. She has a true gift for design and we felt like old friends through the whole process. Also Anthony the sweetest guy and no pressure!!! If you’re shopping for your home go to Pilgrim and ask for Ms J or Anthony you won’t be disappointed. Great experience!! Can’t wait to get all our furniture.
Shopping for furniture from Pilgrim was was a wonderful experience. Lina was an absolute pleasure and was very helpful with finding what we needed and went above and beyond to get us what we were looking for. All of the staff including the manager were polite, professional and there to provide a pleasant customer experience. If you need help finding what you need ask for Lina! You will not be disappointed.
Worst company to do business with I’ll never buy another thing from them. I bought a bureau and a nightstand and they delivered it three times and in all three times furniture was damaged. Person in charge of delivery Allison very rude. Don’t know how she keeps her job. I guess Pilgrim expects people to accept damage goods. They refuse to send another but offered to send repair man out to glue the damage to bureau. This went on for six months finally got a refund, and then they didn’t want to refund the tax. I had to get the state of Connecticut involved. Finally got all my money back. Don’t waste your time because you’re not gonna get good furniture and if you do, it’ll be a miracle that it’s not broken chipped cracked whatever all I know I’ll never do business with them again.
Lina was amazing to work with! She made our couch searching experience calm, fun and comfortable. We will definitely be back to work with her and Pilgrim in the future. Thank you for the laughs! Dan & Erin
Miss J, wonderful person! Pilgrims furniture is very fortunate to have her working on their team. Friendly, and Kind and goes out of her way to make your visit and purchase go your way. I am excited to see my order when it comes in. Will reach out when received to conclude how my merchandise was customized to my choices when in the room and will take a picture. So for my purchase part of this journey I was very pleased. To be continued when furniture is put together and viewed. Thanks for now. Oh Anthony thanks also your important part in all this.
