Save yourself the trouble and go to loves across the street. I personally prefer pilot over any other truck stop but this one isn't great, showers are ok but that's it.

Its your typical truck stop in Nevada. Bathrooms are clean, fuel pumps are tight for regular trucks in the front so be aware if you are towing a trailer it may be tight. Definitely and obbiously caters to big rigs and such. There is a Subway inside its clean and most times friendly.
Casino I have only glanced at but seems ok for drivers who wanna pass some time.
